免揉蛋餅皮 ~~ No-knead Chinese Pancakes ~~


我家妹妹超愛這種蛋餅皮, 外脆內軟, 就算不加蛋直接吃也很美味.

These super easy Chinese Pancakes are great for breakfast. They are Crispy outside and soft inside. You can have them alone or with eggs. Supper yummy!

* 煎蛋餅皮需要一點時間, 可以日前多做幾個, 用保鮮膜或餅乾紙隔開, 要做早餐就很方便了.
